This ia a must have for every officer,fireman, or EMT on the roads today. It is a very long publication ( over 300 pages) but it deals with evrything from floods,flash floods,fires,riots,bio-weapons,hazmat situations,tornadoes, tidal waves, you name it and there is a section on it in here.
It was compiled by The RCMP,FBI,COAST GUARD,HOMELAND SECURITY, THE ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE,NYPD, and a host of other public safety agencies across the US and CANADA.
Good to keep this link on your home computer, at your Department, and if your Department has a printer/collator a damn fine resource to print out and give to every active member on your department, or at least one copy in each squad. I have.

Will be putting that in my bookmarks. I also checked up on the gompers. Sunk as a target in 06. Went to a couple of reunion sights, some ....interesting stories there. Nicknamed the love boat. You had females on board didn't you.
